Wording may NOT be specifically misleading (e.g. offer is only valid for 20 seconds).
Wording may NOT contain any limitation of prizes (e.g. only 2 prizes left)
2. Creatives:
Creatives should match the Landing page (e.g. prize, it is NOT acceptable to announce prizes that we do not have on our Landing pages). When a certain prize is needed, please inform us and we can discuss setting them up (exclusivity is possible).
Also it is not accepted to use fake news pages distributing fake celebrity deaths, fake missing person alerts, fake terrorist attacks to promote our offers.
Brandhijacking is not permitted (e.g. setting up Facebook pages copying brand designs, using company’s imprints etc.).
3. Traffic restrictions:
- SMS/Whatsapp traffic upon approval only
- No incentivized traffic
- Proof of opt-in for Emailings (DOI for Germany is mandatory)
4. Volume Caps
In order to avoid unwanted volume peaks after business hours, there is a general Night Cap for all suppliers of 500 Leads. Pls contact your Account Manager for details.
Day Cap: From 0.00 CET to 19.00 CET – uncapped or capped
Night Cap: From 19.00 CET to 0.00 CET – 500 Leads
5. Review:
Always send landing pages, traffic flows, and email marketing templates to your AM first for approval. We will review the legality of the wording and provide suggestions.
6. Ethnicity Targeting
We do not accept ethnic traffic (purely targeting specific ethnic groups within a geo).
