Search Campaigns - Prohibited SEM Ad Copy Content  Affiliates may not use the word “official” in the ad copy. Please refrain from using the Autodesk trademarks in the heading of the ad. You may use it in the ad description. Search Campaigns - Limited Use SEM Ad Copy Content  Autodesk and associated brand names must be spelled and capitalized correctly. (e.g.AutoCAD).

Affiliates may not compare Autodesk products with competitor products in ad copy. Discount ad copy should not be used on non-discount keywords. It can only be used with discount terms (for instance, if you bid on 'autodesk promo' you can show a promo ad, but not if you bid on 'autodesk' only). Search Campaigns - Direct Linking   No Search Campaigns - Special Instructions for Search Marketing Publishers   Affiliates are required to obtain approval from the Program Manager to run Search Campaigns. Please reach out to the Program Manager for approval.

Affiliates may never outbid the Autodesk corporate campaign's ads. Improper usages of trademarked names are subject to copyright infringement reports. Ad copy must match Autodesk’s current marketing strategies. Any affiliate caught with ads showing on improper terms may be subject to copyright infringement. Please see program manager for further paid search guidelines. Web Site - Unacceptable Web Sites  

The following content is not allowed: Promotes violence or links to sites which promote violence  Promotes discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age  Engages in or promotes illegal activities  Contains explicit content or links to sites which contain explicit content  Includes "Autodesk" or variations or misspellings thereof in its domain name Incorporates any materials which infringe or assist others to infringe on any copyright, trademark, other intellectual property rights or to violate the law

Contains software downloads that potentially enable diversions of commission from other affiliates in our program Engages in website design in a manner that resembles our website or design your website in a way that leads customers to believe you are Autodesk or any other affiliated business Engages in “clickbait”, “cloaking” for links, or otherwise objectionable material that may lead customers to believe they are clicking on different content than originally intended  Is in any way unlawful, harmful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, harassing, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable to us in our sole discretion.

Web Site - Use of Logos and Trademarks in Web sites  No affiliate can use the Trademark, Registered, or Copyright symbol in ad copy. Please only use marketing creative assets available in the CJ 'Get Links' section. Contact us for customized marketing collateral and obtain approval for modified marketing assets prior to posting.
