How it works for the user
1. Registering on the web page
Users need to fill in their personal details on the web and submit a loan application form. Users can start registration from the web and finish the loan application process in-app, or download the app and go through the full process there. The loan offer is available to Polish citizens who open a new account in VIALET.
2. Account verification
Users need to verify their account by going through the identification process on the web, providing a copy of the passport or ID card, and a selfie.
3. Choosing the monthly payback amount
Clients can choose the maximum payment amount per month and VIALET adjusts the term of repayment and limit amount based on the choice. Afterwards the decision is made within a few minutes.

4. Downloading the mobile app
To get access to their loan, users need to download the VIALET app and accept their loan offer.
5. Choosing the offer
Clients choose from amounts they qualify for between PLN 400 - PLN 13,600. They can pay the loan back within up to ten months at a fixed monthly rate.
6. Fast Funding
After approving their credit limit offer, clients will instantly receive the funds in their VIALET account. Once the used loan is paid back it can be reused again without any additional application.
